Maktob Zahra Girls' Primary School

After establishing Maktab Amir (AS) Primary School and getting to know the families better, we came to the conclusion that the situation for working, dropout, and severely affected girls is much more difficult than for boys. For this reason, we pursued the establishment of a girls’ primary school for the sisters of students of Maktab Amir (AS) Primary School and oppressed girls in the Imamzadeh Yahya (AS) neighborhood located in District 12. In the 1402-1403 academic year, we established Maktab Zahra (AS) Primary School with great difficulty. We rented an abandoned building that had been empty of students due to its collapsed roof and dilapidated condition from the Ministry of Education and Training, and with public donations, we renovated one of the three floors of the school and made it ready to receive our students.
